The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) is issuing for public review and comment the Draft Regulatory Guide C-276, Human Factors Engineering Program Plans.
The document is intended to guide licensees and licence applicants in their preparation of an effective Human Factors Engineering Program Plan that adequately incorporates human factors elements into licensable activities.
The document supports Regulatory Policy P-119, Policy on Human Factors.
The CNSC invites interested persons to assist in the further development of Draft Regulatory Guide C-276 by commenting in writing on the document's content and potential usefulness. Please respond by June 29, 2001. Direct your comments to the postal or e-mail address below, referencing file 1-8-8-276.
The CNSC will take the comments received on the document into account when developing it further. These comments will be subject to the provisions of the federal Access to Information Act.
