Document description
RD-353 provides guidance with respect to the adequacy of emergency exercises at Class I nuclear facilities and uranium mines and mills. This document addresses suggested emergency exercise objectives that licensees should consider when testing the implementation of emergency measures to prevent, mitigate, or control the adverse effects of an accidental release.
