Administrative monetary penalty issued to Bruno Ricignuolo

Today the CNSC announced that it issued an administrative monetary penalty (AMP) of $1949 to Mr. Bruno Ricignuolo for transporting passengers in a vehicle while transporting packages bearing II-YELLOW and III-YELLOW labels. This action constituted a violation of the Packaging and Transport of Nuclear Substances Regulations (2015) under paragraph 25(4)a).
